Hello crafty friends!
Today's project is inspired by polkadoodle blogspot. This is one of those self-challenge's I wanted to prove to myself. I have seen many mini photo albums using kits and things in your craft stash so I said to myself " Let's do this!". This mini album is a combination of places to put photos and kid friendly activities. The process took about 3 days from start to finish.
I had some chipboard leftover from another project and use this for front and back cover of the book. I punched holes in the side for string to hold it together. The pages are covered with paper, embellishment and sentiments from a Halloween kit I purchased from " Doodlebug". The amount a stuff I got in the kits was amazing!!. The plan was to make this a weekend project so that it would not interfere with work.
All in all, I think it turned out great! I am thinking about making more to sell but most likely I will make them for gifts for friends and family. Well, I hope that I have encouraged someone to take on the challenge of making your own photo album/activity mini album. It is very rewarding to know that you can finish a project to this extreme.
Have a look at some of pictures below. The book totaled about 5 pages decorated front and back. Let me know what you think. :)
